Prices<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

At Gurus&Heroines, the prices are stated in EURO and Danish kroner and incl. VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold out items.<\/p>\n

Payment<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Gurus&Heroines receives payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. The amounts are stated in EURO and are incl. VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold out \/ discontinued items.
\nPayment card information is SSL encrypted, and onpay.io, which handles all purchases, is responsible for maintaining the highest level of security during the transaction.<\/p>\n

Delivery<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Digital Downloads<\/strong>
\nGurus&Heroines delivers your product immediately after payment. The digital file is sent together with the order confirmation as a link under the box DOWNLOADS.<\/p>\n

For personalized items, Gurus&Heroines strives to ship orders the same day if they are received before 15:00, while orders received after 15:00 is sent the following weekday.<\/p>\n

Physical Items<\/strong>
\nFor physical goods, Gurus&Heroines strives to ship orders the same day if they are received before noon. 15, while orders after kl. 15 is sent the following weekday.<\/p>\n

Right of complaint<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Your purchase is covered by the Purchase Act, so you can either have a defective item exchanged or get your money back, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified, is made within a reasonable time and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.

Refund<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

In case of a refund, please enclose bank information as account number, transaction number and order number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be sent without risk per. mail or other electronic form as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.<\/p>\n

<\/a>Right of withdrawal<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Digital Items<\/strong>
\nThere is no right of withdrawal on digital downloads if the link has been clicked and the download has begun. If the link is not clicked, you have a 14-day right of return and cancellation.<\/p>\n

If you regret your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible. Then we cancel the order – as long as no downloads of the product have been made. If the product has been downloaded, it is not possible for us to cancel the deal.<\/p>\n

Physical goods<\/strong>

The following types of goods are not included in the right of withdrawal:
\n– Delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, if the execution has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and recognition thereof, that he or she thereby loses his or her right of withdrawal.<\/strong>
\n– Products that are manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or have a clear personal touch.<\/strong>
\n– Sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal is broken after delivery.
\n– Goods which, due to their nature, become inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.
\n– Items where the seal is broken.
\n– Performed non-financial services if the provision of the service has commenced with the prior express consent of the consumer and recognition that the right of withdrawal ceases when the service is fully completed.
\n– Newspapers, magazines or periodicals, however, excluding subscription agreements for such publications.
\n– Agreements entered into at public auction.
\nGoods that deteriorate or become obsolete quickly.<\/p>\n

Return<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

We do not return or exchange items. With digital download products, it is inherently not possible to return a product. However, there is the option to cancel – If you regret your purchase, you must notify us as soon as possible. Then we cancel the order – as long as no downloads of the product have been made. Refund<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

If you regret your purchase, you will of course be refunded the amount you paid for the item.<\/span><\/span> When using the right of withdrawal, the price of the item will be refunded no later than 14 days after the date on which we have received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.<\/span><\/span> Refunds are made with the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to something else.<\/span><\/span> However, we withhold the refund until we have received the item back in its original condition.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
